Returns & Exchange
- Products once purchased cannot be cancelled or returned or exchanged as they’re energized as per client’s name, so they won’t be used by anybody else
- In case of any damaged product, the item would be exchanged but for that we request to make a video while opening the package to claim any damaged article.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Exchange of products are possible only if meets the following conditions:
.1. The product you got is different from the one that is ordered.
2. The item is damaged or lost during shipping process. - In case orders are not accepted at the time of delivery, and are sent back, for further sending back the shipping charges would be added and borne by the customer.

- Sessions are rescheduled only in emergency cases like any medical emergency only.
For that please inform in advance through mail at crystalauraspace.com - Once purchased your sessions are non refundable, non transferable and non extendible.
- The client is requested to be on time for the session if the client misses to attend the session, it will not be rescheduled. No refund would be given in case of Cancelled or Missed Sessions.
- We are under no obligation or liable to call or remind the client for upcoming sessions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used crystals, opened packs, and items purchased during sale events are non-returnable.
